Delivery Information

Delivery is via Singapore Post and deliveries will take place Monday through to Saturday, excluding Public Holidays.

*Please note: For large orders, or during sale or promotional events, delivery may take longer than the stated delivery times above.

Where delivery can't be made at your designated address, Singapore post will re-attempt delivery up to 2 times. After these 3 total attempts, the parcel will be returned to Smiggle.

We cannot accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. Strikes, floods etc.)

Your order will be despatched pending credit card authorisation, verification and availability of stock.

Please note that delivery to off-shore islands, Paya Lebar Airport (Communication Centre) and Changi Airport (transit and restricted zones) is not available.
