Forget Your Password

If you don't know or have forgotten your password, select the Sign In link and then select Forgot Password. Enter your email address and we will send you an email with details on how to set your new password.

Trouble Logging Into My Account

Ensure that you are trying to log into your account with the email address you signed up with.

If you are still unable to login try the following:

  • Go to the Sign In link and then select Forgot Password. Enter your email address and we will send you an email with details on how to set your new password.
  • If you are still unable to login to your account, clear the cookies in your Internet browser and try again.

My Account Has Been Locked

Please contact our Customer Service team and they will unlock your account and reset your password. For contact details, click here

Update Your Primary Address And Email

Go to My Account and select Primary Address to edit your email, name, primary address and contact number.

Update Your Billing & Shipping Addresses

Go to My Account and select Address Book to update, create and delete additional billing and shipping addresses.

Change Your Password

Go to My Account and select Change Password and enter a new password and verify the new password. Your password must contain at least 5 characters.

Change Your Email Preferences

Go to My Account and select Subscriptions to opt in or out of receiving emails from Smiggle.
