Returns & Exchanges

RETURNS & EXCHANGES ARE EXTENDED FOR CHRISTMAS! For Christmas gift purchases made from the 13th of November 2024 right up until Christmas Eve, we are pleased to provide you with an extension on returns until Sunday 12th January 2025, or 30 days from the date of purchase (whichever is later) to exchange or return your items as long as all other return conditions are met. MERRY CHRISTMAS!

Christmas Refund & Exchange Policy

Customers who purchase items between Wednesday, November 13th and Christmas Eve will have until Sunday, January 12th, or 30 days from the purchase date, whichever is later, to exchange or receive a refund for their items.

Our Refund & Exchange Policy

In addition to your consumer law rights, should you change your mind, we will happily exchange or refund providing the following conditions have been met:

  1. Within 30 days of receiving the items you return the items with the original receipt to us;
  2. Items must be in original condition as purchased including all packaging and seals (for hygiene purposes) with original labels attached.

Refunds will be processed at the original purchase price using the original form of payment and will be made within 14 days from when we receive the items back.

We do not offer Free returns at this time. All returns postage costs must be paid for by the sender.

Variation To Refund & Exchange Policy For Items Purchased With Klarna, Clearpay & Paypal
An item purchased online using Klarna, Clearpay & Paypal as tender can be:

  1. Returned for a refund by posting it to our online returns address. See ‘How do I return an item’ for details.
  2. Exchanged in store for an alternative item or a gift card to the value of the item. Gift cards will also be issued for any difference between the item exchanged and the amount originally paid.
  3. We are unable to issue refunds in store where Klarna, Clearpay & Paypal has been used as tender.

All refunds & exchanges are subject to the conditions of Refund & Exchange Policy being met.

How To Return An Item

Provided the conditions in our refund & exchange policy have been met, refunds will be processed using the original form of payment.

We do not offer Free returns at this time. All returns postage costs must be paid for by the sender.

Purchases Made In Smiggle Stores

Purchases made in a Smiggle retail store can be returned or exchanged in a Smiggle retail store. You must present the receipt you received in the store at the time you purchased your items.

Purchases Made Online

You can return or exchange an item purchased online in any Smiggle retail store in the United Kingdom or by posting it to:

  • Make sure your order number, name, address, email, phone number and instructions are included and any comments.
  • All returns remain the responsibility of the purchaser until received by Smiggle.

Please note that delivery costs will be excluded from the refund unless goods are returned in accordance with your statutory rights (e.g. they are faulty or not as ordered).

How To Exchange An Item

Provided the conditions in our refund & exchange policy have been met, you may exchange an item for something else from Smiggle. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Purchases Made In Smiggle Stores

Purchases made in a Smiggle retail store (including purchases in a store for delivery to you) can be exchanged in a Smiggle retail store. You must present the receipt you received in the store at the time you purchased your items.
